Interview
The screening process was relaxed. The hiring manager asked common situational and behavioral questions. After that, I received a link to a skills assessment. The assessment had some attention to detail and logical questions. For example, I was given a sequence of numbers and was tasked to find a number that would fit the sequence.

- If you made a mistake on a document, how would you handle it? - How quickly do you adapt to new technologies? Provide an example.
Screening interview with HR manager/talent solutions specialist. Then you will have to complete a skills assessment done online. Then you will be invited to interview with manager and partner (at this point you have a really good shot).

Interview
The first interview is with a HR person, who does a screening interview. You have to take a skills based test afterwards. If you pass the interview, then you are invited for two further interviews with the manager and the partner.
