Began with telephone screening interveiw. Described job, salary, asked background. Followed by in person interview and then a job offer was made. A week to review the offer, the start date was flexible.

Communication and promptness were solid. Met with eight shareholders and associates in a packed callback interview day. Everyone I met was very open and honest with their answers. It seemed like a place that people genuinely enjoyed being as opposed to just collecting a paycheck.
