I gave 2 rounds of Interviews, spent a whole day on a practical assignment and did multiple salary negotiations, and even submitted the documents. The whole process took a month or so. I was informed that everything is good and I should receive my offer letter within a week. I waited for 2 weeks and then sent an email to which no response was received and the HR stopped answering my calls. Overall, quite a frustrating experience.
