Interview
First interview: 30 minute Video Interview by the Director of Operations.
Second interview: 1 hour in person (or video if you are out of town) interview with Founder of the firm.
Third Interview: 1 hour Round table interview with 3 team members with Director of Operations as a facilitator. Had to provide a sample of a previous project related to job and discuss it.

This was an associate position with a financial bend so the questions were related to my experiences with finances in a business setting, accounting, and pricing modeling and forecasting.
