Good call with the internal recruiter, very informal and sold the company well. Then was invited in for a face to face meeting and to present a business plan. Wasn't given the names of the people I was meeting before the interview and the 15-20 min presentation ended up being nearly an hour as the interviewees asked questions throughout!
