Interview
First contact was by a head hunter agency. After interview with head hunter. Then interview with the CEO of local organization. After that, if you are in the short list, you have another interview in the HQ in Essen with the CEO and CHR.

Question 1
With head hunter, it was a classic to the point questions in order to find out if you are a good fit or not. With local CEO, it was like a general chat. With CEO and CHR, good questions both for required skills and character examining.
