1-1 behavioral interview with an existing coding coach/ principal of the school and going over experience with teaching, coding, college coursework, etc. There was no technical process, meaning that there was no coding problem that you had to solve.
It was very quick and not stressful. I didn’t feel pressure when asked questions. They do ask if you have experience with kids, programming languages and if you know about Scratch. They also ask if you have projects or familiar with Unity.

Interview
It was a two round interview where you are asked about your work history and coding experience. They pretty much asked the same questions both interviews. The first interview was over the phone and the second was via zoom.
