Sat down with the founder and others in charge discussed everything they needed to know about me and vise versa. It was very relaxed and informal "no fluff". Just a conversation about what I could offer them and what they could offer me.

The questions are focused around "Needing people who can figure out solutions to scale the company and not just fit a role based off your job title. You don't need a lot of experience as long as you're willing to learn and dedicated.

Interview
Nice office and friendly staff. Sharp presenter described the company and working environment in an interactive group setting. The process was thorough including a field test and in the end they made me an offer on the spot. I wish all companies were this clear on who they are looking for and able to make a quick decision when they find her/him.
