Applied through external recrutier and was selected for an interview with the CEO right off the bat. This is an engaged employer and is quick to respond. Had a screening interview with the recruiter, then a video call with the CEO followed by video calls with potential co-workers all separately. I was asked to submit references, which were all called by the CEO. Employer is very thorough!
