siopaella interview questions

The interview process was a friendly wellcomming environment. I sent in an application and was asked to come in for a chat shortly after my application. I was brought down to their storage room to continue with the interview. Here I was talking to the business owner and the manger. Both of which were informative and friendly to converse with. I was then asked to complete a trail day shortly after. After this day I fallowed up with an email informing them of my interest still in the position. I never received an unsuccessful email even though the trail day was a very positive experience. I have yet to find out why I did not receive any feed back on the day I worked for the them. Its a nice company with a friendly environment a fallow up email would have been nice
