There was an initial screening interview with the team lead, who asked basic questions about experience and how you work. Then there was a written assignment which took a few hours. It could be completed faster. Then there was a third in-person interview with the COO that was very casual.

The interview was great. Not only because the team made sure to provide clarity but because the calls and assignments to complete were well thought and gave a sense of professionalism from the company
