I recently applied for a position as a cook with this establishment. I was asked to come in for an interview, I arrived 5 minutes prior to when the interview was scheduled. I waited 20 minutes for the " kitchen manager" to come interview me. This individual was very rude & unprofessional. He had started off the interview by saying I don't have time to get to know people I just need to know 3 things, that you know how to cook, that your passionate about food and that you care about quality, which I stated yes, yes and yes. He then complaining about his job and how the people before him were not doing anything right. He then asked about the pay, which I told him what I was looking for within the pay range posted on the job listing. He said they really don't pay that, its more from this range to this range. He said that was all he needed, and he would be in touch. The interview might have been a total of 3 minutes. I have been a professional in the hospitality industry for 20+ years and have never witnessed an individual let alone a manager treat an individual the way I was treated. I would not recommend this as a place to go work.
