Interview
The interview process was well-structured and clear.
The tasks and expectations for each step were communicated effectively.
Despite completing all steps, including the recruiter interview, two technical interviews, and a task assignment, I received no feedback for several days after the final round.
When I followed up, I was informed they had decided to proceed with another candidate, but no specific reasons or constructive feedback were provided.
It felt like my effort on the task, where I went above and beyond their requirements, was not acknowledged or valued.
