Occasionally some recruitment processes can take a bit longer even with high priority roles due to the availability of key stakeholders. We aim to ensure that candidates are kept informed in these instances and have the opportunity to ask any questions.
We always ensure candidates are given the opportunity to discuss any disabilities throughout the recruitment process, as we seek to support candidates and remove barriers to accessing employment. As a minimum, we discuss this during candidate screening calls so that people have the option to request any specific support from us during their application process.
