The interview process was quite quick. I sent my CV and received an IQ test to complete before I was even considered for interview. I was warned by his staff before attending of the complex personality of the business owner!

3 conversations with some of the team and the chairman. I had to complete an intelligence test which might put some people off but I found it straightforward. I initially had a phone screen, this was followed by a meeting with the chairman and then a final interview with some of the senior staff.
