These people will ghost you after they interview you. The initial call was positive, the recruiter was vivacious and our dialogue was about the company and my experience then dead silence days later.
The interview process went quicker than I anticipated, being within a big agency network. I had my initial interview and follow-ups within back to back weeks. Everyone was great to speak with and knowledgeable about their parts of involvement.
