Worst Interview Process I have even seen. CTO should take this note. Interview panel should be trained and have knowledge about what they are asking. Go for concepts and not steps to do. Also ask questions according to candidate experience. The question were of fresher level and panel was more focused on steps rather than concepts. Please don’t for PowerPlay.
