They normally scout on LinkedIn or introductions, it was easy to meet up as they don't have interviews in the office, however they are very keen on remuneration vis a vis what you bring to the table, which has them losing out on great talent, plus they are unwilling to negotiate.

It was a phone interview that included get-to-know-you questions about my experience and expectations. The interviewer was very nice and took the time to answer my questions as well, making the conversation pleasant and informative.
