First will start with HR interview (typical standard) in assessing the candidates background anc competencies. Second is competencies assessment where the candidates will take a test of making a credit analysis simulation on certain clients. Third is interview with the user. Fourth is IQ tests. Fifth is BOD interview. Sixth is health assessment (formalities). Usually the employer preferred candidates with background of audtior (big 4 companies) and banker (top banks) with experience minimum of 4 - 5 years.
