The interview process was long, as different people from the department came 1 at a time to talk to you for about 30-45 minutes. A lot of the same questions were out so it became repetitive. However, I did like seeing multiple faces of who was going to be on the team because I think that it is important to like everyone you are working with, not just the person you report to.
