I'm working in knowledge Sourcing Intelligence company as a SEO Executive which is located in Noida. This is market research company which is provided a best market research reports to their customers. I joined this organisation last year in October. My overall work experience is 2 year. I also worked in two other organisations first one is Aptech limited as a Technical Executive located in Lucknow and second one is Saxon Global as a Technical Recruiter located in Noida. Less

They did not crossed checked with the candidates
The hiring manager had no tech experience whatsoever. he asked me questions along the lines of: "what would you say to a customer who asks you a question about the details of an item you have no clue about?" My interview went maybe 7 minutes and I waited another week and a half to hear "you can start tomorrow" (AFTER calling everyday to make sure they hadn't lost my application a third time.)

My response was "Look at the packaging/box for details, and if not available, do a quick google search and pull up the information the customer wants" Less
