Prepare to be ghosted.
A recruiter reached out to me initially and we had a phone interview. She said she'd pass on my resume to nFormal team and then let me know in the next week or two...she didn't, and I was ghosted for 6-8 months.
When the recruiter reached out to me again, she directed me to their in-house HR process and I had a phone interview with him. He felt that I was a good fit, and scheduled another meeting the next week that was with him, a person who was currently in the Senior Implementation Consultant role, and a member of the C-suite. The meeting went well with your general interview questions and I was told that they would get back to me in the next week or two...I was ghosted again.
