Unfortunately, my interview experience with this company was disappointing. The panel kept their cameras off throughout the conversation, which made the interaction feel impersonal and disengaged.
Some of the questions were oddly phrased or irrelevant, and it seemed like the interviewer wasn’t even aware of what was being asked or why. This lack of coordination made the process feel unstructured and unprofessional.
A more prepared and respectful approach would go a long way—especially when candidates are expected to bring their best to the table.
