Overall, extremely unorganized process that did not follow what was shown on the nvent website that I was referred to. Process took 12 weeks overall from applying to hearing a decision. Initial interview to final decision took 10 weeks. Phone interview, video call, four on-site interviews, two more video calls, and then additional video call.
