They string you along through too many interviews for such a small company. You might apply for the job one month, get called back in a week or two, and then interview 3-4 times over the next month or more. The bizarre part is that they aren't looking for particular skills, but rather seem to want to know if you fit into their culture more than anything else. Scheduling on the interviews is erratic, and the interviewer(s) may very well not arrive at all and it has to be rescheduled.
