myAgro Program Associate interview questions

The interview process was conducted unprofessional by recruiting staff, demonstrating a lack of care for candidates' time. The recruiter cancelled my third-round scheduled interview by cancelling the calendar invite about 10 minutes before the interview was set to begin. I was forced to follow up myself to find out if the conversation was being rescheduled, but was informed it had simply been cancelled. The way an organization treats candidates says a lot about how it treats employees, and I was not encouraged by this.

I was contacted about 6 weeks after applying by someone asking me to propose some times for an interview and a time-limited assignment. I proposed a few times and then heard nothing back for two days. On the third day, I woke up to an email containing two writing assignments due the following morning. When I asked to reschedule as I would be traveling, the person told me they were "fast tracking" the hiring and, as such, were unable to reschedule. Seriously? I had applied over a month ago. The whole correspondence seemed disorganized and unprofessional so I stopped my application process.
