      Junior Production Analyst Interview

      1 Sept 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at mthree

      Interview

Company reached out to me less than a week before they needed a job position filled. And a recruiter called me early in the morning to set up a last minute interview on their terms on a Friday so I had to push back my plans which included going to the doctor because I was catching bronchitis. The recruiter who contacted was nice and realized that it was super last minute but was rushing me to get my resume sent before an interview a few hours later to her without considering that I might not have access to a computer. And she was also really late when giving me tools to help me prepare for my interview, which was really inconvenient because it was stressful to me and didn't combine well with me being sick. The company switched interview times multiple times but the interview wasn't that bad when I received it. The recruiter also said that they would be starting the following week but they would make an exception to start me the following Wednesday if I was picked so logically I would need to be called by Monday so I could leave Tuesday if I got the position. But Monday passed and it was Tuesday afternoon and I called the recruiter and she said that I didn't have enough technical experience, which is fine but be considerate enough to tell me as soon as you know, don't leave me in the dark. That was the worst interview process I ever went through but I definitely learned from that experience to not fall victim to a company's unorganization when facilitating interviews no matter how promising the job opportunity.
