3 rounds - excluding an initial screening call with a 3rd party recruiter. A call with a hiring manager, then a technical interview, then a "culture interview". The whole process dragged for one month and a half, and after many affirmations that they would like to make a decision and make a hire they came back and said they didn't want to hire after all.
Overall a very frustrating experience.
Initial round was a "get to know each other" round with no substantial questions. Something along the lines of "Why did you decide to apply".
Second round was an interview with another Lead Engineer - an easy-grade leetcode problem interactive programming session.
Then a "culture interview" with a Project Manager and Scrum Master - the "Describe the time you've successfully dealt with a conflict", "Describe the time you set yourself a goal at work and how did you achieve it"
