It was standard questions. Pretty easy. It only lasted about 20 mins. Zoom call first & then physical interview . They also look at your personality as well . I wouldn’t come back here though. 6 hours shift with no breaks. Crazy

The initial process, which was a phone interview that lasted almost an hour, went pretty well. I spoke with a woman named Dawn and she was very informative and willing to answer any questions I had about the company with great detail. During the phone interview She asked what my salary requirements were & I informed her That I didn’t want to go lower than 15.00 hr and she made it seem as if that were doable. The phone interview followed up with an in person interview at one of the locations I told Dawn that was the furthest from me, but still I went in on time and professionally. That interview lasted over an hr as well, where I was also told that the starting pay would be much lower than what I initially discussed over the phone. Still, because this was a field I was interested in, I was willing to continue with the interview process. Finally I got invited back for a third interview at the downtown Austin location where I was given poor directions to the parking garage which caused me to be 30 minutes late to the interview. I could go on and on about how unpleasant this interview process was and how I got the declining email with a title that I didnt even apply for. Some advice from me would be to shorten the interview process. It’s a waste of the applicants time and yours & you should be able to get the feel if an applicant is right for the position from the first two long interviews about assisting a front desk for a spa.
