A four step interview process. Phone, in person, practical hands on interview, and then a final. There were some mess ups with scheduling interviews. I felt like during the practical interview, the applicant it at a huge disadvantage for: (maybe) not knowing the products (they had about 30 bottles on the counter for you to choose from- choose wisely and quickly during service), not knowing the layout of the building, not knowing where clean laundry or dishes may be, having never worked there before, and what expectations may be. They give you feedback on your practical, all constructive criticism, which is great, but a lot of it is personal choice, some out of your control because you are walking around aimlessly looking for your model or trying to read product labels during service so you don't jack someone's face up. There is high turn over rate here. They did a hiring fair this past July, personally went through all steps of the interview, only to see they are doing another hiring fair a month later for the same positions. I so wanted to work there, but with every past employee I talk to and every craigslist post I see, my gut tells me other wise.
