Heard back in a timely manner. People I interviewed were nice and asked questions that would get to know you as a whole person. They prefaced the agency life can be busy and overwhelming at times.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at mdg (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
very solid, I had 4 interviews and made it to the last round for the specific position, but I didn't end up getting the job. The team was very kind and welcoming and asked some strong questions specific to the job
We really appreciate your feedback. Sometimes internal circumstances change during the interview process in which case we will keep our candidates’ info on file and revisit again for future opportunities. In the meantime, best of luck with your search and thank you for considering us!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at mdg (Washington, DC) in Aug 2023
Interview
The process started out very well. I applied online, and received a response from HR with intro questions to answer before having an initial screening phone call. Moved on to the next 3 rounds via zoom. Each of those interviews seemed to go amazingly well. Submitted an assessment and seemed to pass that also. Waited a week only to be told that the company had decided not to hire for the position after all and was then offered the chance to interview for a lower-level position. I really liked the company and wanted the agency experience so I said sure and interviewed with a different person only to be told a week after that that they weren't going to make me an offer after all. The whole process took approximately a month and was a waste of my time as it would make sense for a company to determine whether or not they were actually going to hire for a position BEFORE they took a candidate through the ENTIRE INTERVIEW PROCESS.
