I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at lululemon (North Chicago, IL)
Interview
Group interview with 6 people who were also applying for the educator role. Ice breaker to start and then every answered the same questions. Pretty casual and laid back-we sat on the floor on yoga mats. Lasted an hour and we filled out availability forms at the beginning. no need to bring resume since you applied online already.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
