3 rounds of interviews, 1 with the people team then the remaining with people who the role would be working closely with All done virtually but I was late to the process so this may have been for speed

The first response was weeks after applying. The initial phone call was the basic screening which was fine. After several more weeks I was finally contacted to have a zoom interview. The interview was mechanical and very Q&A based more than a natural conversation guided by questions. Not very enjoyable but not that difficult, very old school interview process which was surprising for that industry.
