Interview
I got a text saying my resume matched their preferences and they wanted to offer me a position in their distribution center. They sent me options for available shift preferences and I chose the one I preferred and moved onto the pre screening round.
Fairly straightforward, if you in an interview or in contact, they will hire you. No other formal stuff, they just hire you out the door if you have hours that align
The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Melbourne)
Interview
- Christmas trial period, after they said whether they wanted to keep you on or not. Very casual in a safe professional way. They wanted people that were going to be good to work with.

I got in through a friend, the interview after the Christmas break was very chill, the job isn't difficult so they wanted good people. They asked what I thought about the job, and they asked how I felt about continuing on working there.
