Interview
I contacted an IT employee through LinkedIn (a friend of a friend) to ask if I could take them out for coffee to learn about Lululemon. They sent my details to one of the recruitment coordinators and I was invited to an open interview. The interview consisted of about 6 people applying for varying positions. It was an interesting hour spent on yoga mats chatting about our interests and career aspirations.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions but it was hard to tell how we were being evaluated. You could see that everyone in the room had a different strategy as to how they were presenting themselves, but it was hard to figure out how we were being perceived. The interviewer had a great, positive poker face.
