I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Phoenix, AZ) in Sept 2013
Interview
I first went into the store and introduced myself. They told me to apply online which I already knew but I wanted to meet a few of them first. Went home, applied online. They ask some fun and quirky questions to draw out your personality so don't be intimidated by that part! I then went back into the store and told them I had applied. I was invited to their group interview right on the spot.
The group interview was a few days later and about 4 people showed up. It was run by a manager and assistant manager. They asked us what we liked to do to work out, describe ourselves, and how we heard about lulu lemon. They also asked us each individual questions - mine was, "how would you handle a customer who is unhappy about a certain situation?" Finally, we all had to teach the group something in 3 minutes or less. (Suggestion: make it fitness related and active! 2 ladies just talked to us about something and they didn't get hired. Another woman and I had the group participate in an activity and we both were hired.)
Then I was interviewed by 2 managers at a Starbucks (approx. a week later). They were really fun. Asked me to describe myself, to talk about a time I didn't meet a goal and how that felt, what I liked to do to work out, describe a time where I had to give feedback, what kind of community event I would plan if resources were unlimited, etc. I also asked about 4-5 questions about the work environment which they seemed to appreciate.
Finally, I met briefly with the store manager. It was super quick because he just wanted to meet me, ask why I was interested in lulu lemon, and then we went to a hot yoga session with the other girl they hired. Overall the process took about 2 weeks.

Question 1
Share an experience that you contribute to the inclusivity of the team
Remote, behavioural based questions where they were looking for STARL responses. Interviewer was friendly and questions were posted in chat for accessibility which was very helpful! There was about 4-5 questions leaving space for me to ask questions at the end as well
