I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon
Interview
The first interview is usually a group interview. They are just trying to weed out personalities and get a feel of who stands out. The second interview may be one-on-one, or it may be a workout class. They aren't going to judge you based on how well you did in the class, but it's just another way to get to know you. Your third interview will probably be a one-on-one where they will ask you more work performance questions, your goals, your outlook on life in general, etc.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
