Pretty fun interview process. First there is a group interview. They want you to be yourself and see if you will fit in with the culture. Be quick to answer questions and interact with the other interviewees. They want to see you are a people person. Then there is an interview with the store manager which is more like a conversation. Overall, fun process.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
