I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at lululemon (New York, NY)
Interview
What a joke!! The reviews are 100% spot on. I applied for the Assistant Manager position and got an email from the Store Manager for a small group interview. The Assistant Manager gave the interview asking questions like how u sweat, motivation, giving and getting feedback, and your 1 year and 5 year goal. After an hour she finally informs the group that all she has open is a seasonal part time sales educator. What!! You just talked about being honest and open then you let me sit there for an hour and talk about my experience as a manager and what I can bring to the team. I felt so annoyed and used. Lululemon needs to create new hiring policies and be honest and upfront in the beginning or better yet don't ask people to come in for an interview for a job you don't have.
Really easy and casual experience, interviewers explain the process very easily and kept everything casual. She also explains what is she expecting for the role and culture of the team

Interview
You will have multi-level current employee to interview you . It takes quite few steps to go through, so it sounded like take 6-8 weeks process. I was explained about that around 2nd phase of the interviews.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Brookvale) in Nov 2022
Interview
Very extensive interview process, but overall had a good experience. 2 interviews with different people each time. I was required to provide an information deck for the 2nd interview. Many of the questions were based up my knowledge of the company's values and culture, as well as extensive knowledge about their products and fabrics. They communicated well throughout the interview process - always letting me know next steps and staying in touch about timelines.
