I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Very casual meeting over coffee as a vetting process while getting an idea of how personable you are. Most of the employees have large personalities, so the interview also seems to take a look at whether you can handle that type of environment. Just an honest assessment of whether or not you'd function well in their high energy community which can be overwhelming at times.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
