      GEC Part Time Educator Interview

      21 Jun 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Burnaby, BC
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Burnaby, BC) in Sept 2014

      Interview

After the initial phone interview, the group interview process was pretty long, about 2-3 hours in total. Everyone is taken to a room around a table, asked to introduce yourself, answer some quirky interview questions and then divide into teams to talk about some product you chose for a specific activity. There is also a typing test and you have to submit your availability at the end. Some people are given the offer right after the interview while others have a second 1:1 interview.
