Interview
Initial 30 Minute interview with principle engineer. Both of us were getting an idea of expectations and what we were looking for. Follow-up interview to come and a technical exam.

Initial screening questions were asked. general information.
Applied by email, the phone interview was scheduled. The questions were mostly job related and behavioral. The interviewer called and started by asking questions on the present work and the reason to change job.
