iwoca Credit Risk Analyst interview questions

There were 2 stages that I went through the first was just an initial chat about what I know about IWOCA finding out if you have a quantitative background and wanted to do that as my career going forward the interviewer was very nice The second round involved doing questions that don't require difficult maths but do require you to think, it was a random topic not related to the business the imaginary company I had was about light bulbs and their energy consumption etc. and several rounds of questions were asked about the company. The interviewer was quite awkward and I did not feel very relaxed with him I did not get to finish nor did he indicate that I had little time left

The application had 4 stages, initial application with written questions. Next a phone interview, then a case-study test, and a final interview. The case study involved going over the application of a loan process and you had to identify the pros and cons of an application. The phone interview was standard background and motivation questions.
