This submission by a former, disgruntled employee does not objectively reflect the interview experience and is intended to disparage the company due the fact that we had to let this individual go from the workplace a number of years ago. The individual stated that they were dismissed from the job and it was a mistake. However, this was not the case. The individual that left this review had a significant history of absenteeism and lack of responsibility in their role, which was the primary cause of their dismissal. It is unfortunate that they still resent our workplace as it has been a long time since they have last worked with us. itracMarketer has grown and established a friendly and team-oriented, inclusive workplace that supports employees with both learning and career fulfillment.
