The interview process for the Growth Manager role at Unity (ironSource) was well-structured and professional. It included multiple rounds covering user acquisition strategy, analytical thinking, and creative optimization. Interviewers were insightful, respectful, and genuinely interested in my experience. Communication was clear throughout, though the overall process took slightly longer than expected. Overall, a positive and engaging experience.

Very nice HR and recruiter, kept in touch throughout the entire process. The technical interview was conducted with a team lead and the VP, a whiteboard-style session, and some logical questions.
