Interview
One phone call. Waiting over a month for a response. Then never hear back. Interviewer said I was great and had amazing experience. Complained that they were overwhelmed with applications.
Very bizarre process. As soon as I joined the call, the interviewer told me she had a hard stop after 30 minutes. About 5 minutes into the interview, she began having connection issues and kept freezing. She logged off the interview and joined maybe 5-7 minutes later but could barely get a sentence out before she froze again. She logged back off the interview, and never rejoined the call. I waited for the rest of the interview duration and then logged off. She emailed me afterwards and apologized and said she wanted to reschedule so we could finish the interview but a week went by and I never heard from her. I followed up again and asked if she still wanted to discuss the position and she responded and said she did and she’d reach out tomorrow with availability. However, I never heard from her again. It was a total waste of my time and gave the impression that they were extremely disorganized.

Interview
Three round of interviewing that were all very long and arduous. Lots of lag time between interviews and communication was not the best. Salary information was not provided until asked so my month and a half of interviewing could have been completely wasted if the number wasn't on oar with what I was looking for. Final interview was three, 30 min back-to-back interviews. Questions were average, some about background, how you would solve problems, and some wildcard startup type of questions. After all the time and waiting, I was left ghosted. No follow up or email back. Good company but need to work on their communication skills.
