I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iplicit in Jan 2025
Interview
Very straightforward interview process. I was approached from an employee referral and began the process with a chat with the Head of Engineering which lasted about an hour. Then i had a follow up call with the CEO which again lasted about an hour, during which he gave me some background details on the company and asked about my previous experiences. Both conversations were relaxed and enjoyable.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and presented the job offer for iplicit. I found that the interview process was very relaxed and felt like the employer really wanted to get to know me and my past achievements. There were 2 simple technical questions for my role also.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at iplicit in Aug 2023
Interview
Firstly, my interview process consisted of two separate discussions with key members of the Engineering team, where we discussed my experience, how the team currently operates and the direction/objectives of the team in the near future. Both the Head of Engineer and Chapter Lead were open and easy to talk to and gave me a great insight into company and product. Each conversation lasted around an hour.
A week or so passed, and I was invited to speak to the CEO of Iplicit. This was another casual discussion where he introduced himself and gave a more in depth background of the company and how it has become what it is today. He was engaging and clearly very passionate about the company.
After a few more days, I spoke with the Head of Engineering again and he made me an offer to join the team.
