My experience interviewing for the Product Designer position at inquirED was extremely positive! Although I did not receive an offer, I learned a lot during the process and appreciated their transparency. The organization's current Product Designer and the hiring manager for the role, Emerie, did a wonderful job navigating the current market and an influx of applicants. She prioritized a productive mix of behavioral and technical-style interviews over the course of a month, consisting of four steps. While there were many, here are some pros that I would like to highlight: - Consistent and clear communication. - Welcoming team atmosphere. - Organized structure that flowed seamlessly. - Always providing ample time for me to ask questions. From beginning to the end, I felt valued, respected and supported. The organization's inclusive nature fostered an authentic environment where I could showcase my true potential and skills. They exhibited a strong dedication to collaboration and growth, which I consider to be of utmost significance. I strongly encourage others to apply for any of the company's open positions!

One of the better interview processes I have been through. 1. Online job application form 2. 1:1 video call interview with the hiring manager (15min) 3. Video walkthrough of personal project (10min, pre-recorded) 4. Panel interview with other team members. This interview process occurred over ~2-3 weeks. The process is thorough, but not necessarily difficult. It's an important role, and the process is treated seriously. Expectations are fair. Communication is prompt and clear.
