Applied online and started the process 2 weeks later. Had an online interview with two team members. I’ve heard great things about Innocent drinks but it was one of my most negative interview experiences. Interviewers acted disinterested in me from the first second of the interview. No small talk, no trying to sell the company or themselves. All my answers were met with silence. At the end when it was my turn to ask questions the interviewers gave very half hearted answers. I felt the call feeling pretty low and my interest in working for the company in the future has gone. My advice to the company is if you don’t think someone has a chance of getting the role don’t waste their time interviewing them when there was clearly no interest.
