Very pleasant. At the time I assumed the HR department was real. Manager seemed to say the right kinds of things, and to believe what he was saying. I was excited at the global footprint of the business, although in retrospect that was more haphazard than strategy.

I was brought in to meet with the CFO and the manager of the development group. They began by telling me about the history of the position and the current state of the support department. I appreciated their blunt honesty, as it provided a clear picture of what the position would really entail.
